Mousetrap - Game of Life

As it is a tricky topic, I chose to go with a game well known - Ludo. During ancient India, the game of ‘Pachisi’ meaning 25 pieces with dice as the last piece, which is similar to Ludo was played among the people. Taking that as a base for my concept, I chose to go with complex players who would relate to life as well.

As four Pachisi players, I chose the famous Vedic Books. The Vedas delve into the origins of life, emphasizing the aspirations of human existence as well as the beckoning aims. The books, written in Vedic Sanskrit, are the earliest layer of Sanskrit literature as well as Hinduism's oldest scriptures. The Rigveda, the Yajurveda, the Samaveda, and the Atharvaveda are the four Vedas.

These Vedas, as players, represent our day-to-day activities and determine whether we progress or restart from the beginning.

Rigveda (“Knowledge of the Verses”)

Samaveda (“Knowledge of the Chants”)

Yajurveda (“Knowledge of the Sacrifice”)

Atharvaveda (“Knowledge of the Fire Priest”)
